Overview
Connect-EZ provides cloud-based communication services. We comply with applicable laws and cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and government authorities.
These guidelines explain the types of information that may be requested and how to submit such requests.
Types of Information We May Provide
Subject to valid legal process, we may provide the following categories of non-content data:
- Account registration information (e.g., email address, account identifiers)
- Account activity logs (e.g., login timestamps, IP addresses)
- Call Detail Records (CDRs), including:
- Call start and end timestamps
- Call duration
- Call routing and destination metadata
- Call status (e.g., completed, failed)
- System logs relevant to service usage and authentication
Information We Do Not Provide
We do not access or disclose:
- The content of voice or video communications
- Audio recordings of calls (we do not store call audio)
- Live interception or monitoring of communications
Legal Process Requirement
We require valid legal process before disclosing any non-public information. This may include:
- Court orders
- Subpoenas
- Warrants
- Other legally binding requests from competent authorities
Requests must include sufficient identifiers to locate relevant data (such as account email, user ID, IP address, or time range).
Preservation Requests
Where legally permitted, we may preserve relevant data upon receipt of a valid preservation request. Preservation is time-limited and subject to applicable legal requirements.
Emergency Requests
In cases involving imminent risk of serious harm, clearly mark the request as an Emergency Disclosure Request with supporting justification and contact details. These will be prioritized in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention
