Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Calling Balance – Key Terms You Should Know

We like to keep things simple, so here’s the short version of our legal terms for PAYG calling. This page is just an explainer — the full legal text lives in our Main Services Agreement and its PAYG Appendix.
1. What You’re Getting

Make outbound international calls from your mobile, tablet, or browser using our app.

Uses your own Wi-Fi or mobile data — we don’t provide the internet connection.

No inbound numbers or SMS to public phone numbers unless you upgrade.
2. Emergency Calls

This service cannot be used to call emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, 999). Please keep another phone handy for that.
3. Loss or Theft of Device

If your phone or device is lost, go to www.connect-ez.com/lost-device right away and reset your password.

This stops calls from that device and keeps your balance safe.
4. Balances & Rates

You pre-pay for minutes — when they run out, calls stop until you top up.

Calls are billed per minute at our published rates (see the rates page for details).

Balances are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
5. Fair Use

No spam, robocalls, or anything illegal.

If we detect abuse, we can suspend your account.
